Jay Steward, 41

I'm Jay, 41, 5'10", 195 lbs -- and this isn't my first try at one of these. My first got about as much response as a fishing line in an empty pond, but I've never quit after one cast.

I'm using this time to get in touch with myself: mind, body, and soul. I read everything I can get my hands on, I stay in the gym because it makes me feel good (and looking good doesn't hurt), and music carries me through the rest. I love sports, fishing, and yes -- Love After Lockup. I know how that sounds coming from me. Call it research.
